Using Inventory Data to Produce Reports for Stakeholders
Once your food bank starts entering SWAP rankings into your inventory database (e.g. Ceres or Primarius), you can start setting benchmarks. You can run reports straight from your inventory database that summarize the SWAP rankings of the food you receive and distribute, create charts to show progress in the percentage of Green and Yellow food in your inventory, compare SWAP rankings based on food source or other factors, and more!
