Food is Medicine Project (2018-20) – Final Report, Results, and Key Learnings
This report describes results and key learnings from the Food is Medicine project, a two-year initiative that supported food bank-health care partnerships and interventions to serve patients who screened positive for food insecurity in health care settings. Seven Feeding America member food banks participated in the project. This resource describes the final data reported by food banks and their partners, and includes case studies illustrating local partnership activities.
