Feeding America’s Response to Diabetes and Food Insecurity

This document provides an overview of the diabetes research work conducted by Feeding America to demonstrate how food insecurity impacts client health outcomes. The resource includes summary results from the 2011-2014 diabetes pilot project, and outlines the project elements of FAITH-DM: a newly launched diabetes intervention and research trial.
