Eat Smart Live Strong

The Eat Smart, Live Strong Activity Kit promotes two key behaviors: increase fruit and vegetable consumption to 3 1/2 cups per day (1 1/2 cups of fruits and 2 cups of vegetables) and participate in at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week. The Activity Kit includes a Leader’s Guide and four sessions designed to reinforce these behaviors. Click on the resource below and get moving!
