Broccoli is a vegetable rich in vitamins C, K and folate that can be incorporated into many different meals and snacks. This nutrition education handout includes simple methods to store, prepare and freeze broccoli while also promoting a wide array of easy ways to add broccoli to meals. In addition, this nutrition education handout also contains simple and low budget recipes for creating a broccoli stir fry, broccoli pasta and a chicken, broccoli and rice casserole.
