Aligning Programs and Policies to Support Food Security and Public Health Goals in the United States
This publication presents a person-centered, multilevel framework for understanding how individuals living in food-insecure households cope with inadequate access to food as well as opportunities for better alignment of programs and policies supporting food security and public health. Food-insecurity, given its many negative health consequences, is a public health concern and should be addressed as such. Click the link below to view this proposal.
