2018 Food and Health Survey

The International Food Information Council Foundation’s 2018 Food and Health Survey studied American consumers to fully understand their attitudes and behaviors regarding food and food purchasing decisions. The survey, more specifically, examined issues related to health and diet, food safety and many other issues but also explores new topics, such as food insecurity and eating patterns.  In October of 2018, an addendum to this report, focused on Medicaid recipients and in partnership with the Root Cause Coalition, will be released.
