2017 Food and Health Survey
The International Food Information Council Foundation (IFIC) is committed to effective communication of science-based information on health, nutrition and food safety. The Foundation’s 2017 Food and Health Survey looks at Americans’ nutrition literacy, beliefs and behaviors on the perceived healthfulness of foods. The survey’s focus is on themes related to food confusion, nutrition information, health and diet, and other indicators. This 12th edition survey also highlights findings related to barriers low-income older adults often face when eating healthy.
